Sand and Sandstone

A pattern...
The backbone of the mountain,
showing through the sands
mostly hidden,
silently affecting our lives

It is this mountain which shapes the weather of the valley beyond it; scraping so much moisture off as rain running back toward Santa Cruz, blocking the low level clouds and fogs over Morgan Hill and the ranch I use to live on, and so much more. Yet we do not think of it, do not think of how it would be if it were not there.

How little we look at the roots of the reality around us!

If we could but change those roots, how we would change our lives!

Some roots we CAN change!

The art of Life is in part
selecting which ones to try to change.

Critique -- What do YOU Think?

I don't need to know that I am good,
I need to know how to be better.
