2. The first question you'll be asked will be for your card number. VISA starts with a 4, MC with a 5, and NOVUS/DISC with a 6. Thus you needn't bother with saying "VISA gold", "City Bank Mastercard", "It's a Discover", or whatever. We don't even need the cardholder's name. Give us the numbers in groups of 3 or 4 as shown on the card.
3. Make sure you can clearly read the number. The hologram makes the last group of numbers purposely hard to read for security reasons.
4. Find the expiration date (ie: 12/99). You must have the actual card in hand since this date doesn't appear on your statement.

6. We don't keep a record of your information from previous wn and so we must ask for it again every time you order. We found that continually updating the computer wasn't cost-effective.
7. We cannot answer any questions about our products on our 800-325 2664 phone. It's for wn only. The girl taking the order isn't able to answer technical questions. Try phoning Oscar Falconi at 408 867 6236 (if unavailable within 6 rings, a fax whistle sounds). Remember, the FDA prevents him from offering useful information, especially concerning Shark Cartilage, Coenzyme Q-10, Canthaxanthin, BHT, and Melatonin - and, of course, symptoms and maladies cannot be discussed. This FDA guideline will cost lives, but many more lives will be saved if we remain in business for you.
